This beautiful and peaceful site, is located southwest of the city of Merida on the road to Jají at 1680 meters above sea level and with an average annual temperature of 19 °C. and strategically located for visiting other tourist sites in the region. More than 35 years ago the  Finca La Comadre was founded , originally dedicated to timber production and agriculture. Today, the family Contreras Molina, as lovers of the beautiful Merida landscapes, is developing an ambitious project which includes an inn for the comfort and enjoyment of the tourist and his family.
 
Posada La Comadre Anita, includes great attractions such as, among others, a sublime peace between green hills and the pulse of the wind, cool and gentle, a wonderful panoramic view of the entire city of Merida and its surroundings, an atmosphere which has achieved the delicate balance between architecture and rustic mountain vegetation, and peaceful nights between stars and mist, making it the best place to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
